Termination

Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

For European Union (EU) Users
This website is designed for use by residents of the United States of America. Contributions from non-US entities is strictly prohibited. If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which You are resident.
United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Translation Interpretation
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Intellectual Property
By submitting political ad ideas, comments, or any other content (collectively referred to as "User Content") on CrowdCaucus.com, you grant Crowd Caucus a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content, in whole or in part, and in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
This license includes, but is not limited to, the right to incorporate the User Content into other works, whether in print, electronic, or any other form, and to sublicense such rights to third parties. Crowd Caucus reserves the right to use User Content for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to featuring User Content on the Crowd Caucus website, social media channels, and any other promotional materials.
You acknowledge and agree that Crowd Caucus may use, modify, or adapt User Content without any obligation to compensate you or any third party. Furthermore, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant the license described above.
If you do not wish to grant these rights to Crowd Caucus, please do not submit User Content to CrowdCaucus.com.
User conduct
By accessing or using CrowdCaucus.com, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines for user conduct. Crowd Caucus reserves the right to enforce these guidelines and, at its discretion, take corrective action, including the removal of content, suspension, or termination of user accounts.
Respectful and Lawful Conduct:
- Users must engage in respectful and lawful conduct when using CrowdCaucus.com. This includes refraining from engaging in any activity that violates local, national, or international laws.
Prohibited Content:

False Representations:
- Users must not impersonate others, provide false information, or misrepresent their affiliation with any individual or entity. Because all contributions are made public to the FEC, it is the responsibility of Users to provide correct information on the site.
Security Violations:
- Users are prohibited from attempting to breach the security of CrowdCaucus.com, access unauthorized areas, or interfere with the proper functioning of the site.
Compliance with Crowd Caucus Policies:

Right to Determine Prohibited Content:

Violations of these guidelines may result in the removal of content, suspension, or termination of user accounts. Crowd Caucus reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.
Campaign Approval and Rejection Policy
Approval and Rejection:
- Crowd Caucus reserves the right to approve or reject any political ad campaign submitted on CrowdCaucus.com. Campaigns that may be deemed to promote false information, be libelous/slanderous, promote violence, promote terrorism, promote discrimination against anyone based on protected statuses, or be otherwise offensive may be rejected at the discretion of Crowd Caucus.
Non-disclosure of Rejection Reasons:
- Crowd Caucus is not obligated to disclose the specific reasons for rejecting a campaign. Users acknowledge that rejection decisions are made at the sole discretion of Crowd Caucus.
Changes to Campaign Concepts:
- Crowd Caucus reserves the right to make changes to campaign concepts submitted by users, including but not limited to modifications in content, design, or any other element. The modified campaigns may be promoted by Crowd Caucus, and users acknowledge and agree to these potential changes.
Renaming Campaign Concepts:
- Users are allowed to rename their campaign concepts after submission. However, Crowd Caucus retains the right to review and approve or reject the renamed campaign name, particularly if it violates the guidelines outlined in this section.
Approval Process:
- The approval process for campaigns may include a review of content, messaging, and adherence to Crowd Caucus' policies. The decision to approve or reject a campaign is final and may not be appealed.
Compliance with Policies:
- Campaigns must comply with all policies and guidelines provided by Crowd Caucus, including those related to user conduct, content submission, and crowdfunding.
Campaign Content Modification:
- Crowd Caucus may modify campaign content to ensure compliance with its policies. Users agree that such modifications do not affect the ownership of the campaign idea.
User Data
Information Collection:
- In the course of providing services, Crowd Caucus may collect personal information, including but not limited to names, addresses, employer information, occupations, and email addresses. This information may be submitted to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) in accordance with applicable regulations.
Sharing of User Data:
- All user data may be shared with Amplified Voices PAC for purposes related to political advocacy and engagement.
Sale of Data:
- Crowd Caucus reserves the right to sell user data, and users acknowledge and consent to this potential transfer of information.
Use of Information:
- The collected information may be utilized by the company for purposes such as improving services, personalizing user experience, communicating with users about products and updates, and complying with legal obligations.
Data Security:
- The company implements reasonable security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of user information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure.
Third-Party Services:
